" You’re standing on the opencasting
deck of a flats boat in a reservoir somewhere in Utah. Breathtaking
mountains frame your day on the water as you take another cast with your five weight.

The tiny nymph your guide has suggested you use hits the water fifty feet out and slowly sinks. You begin almost imperceptible twitching as you slowly strip. Suddenly, a violent tug brings an involuntary hook set. You’re fast into a four-pound rainbow that does a number of good leaps and takes line a couple of times.

The fish is boat side in a few minutes where it’s released. You sit down and soak up your surroundings for a moment in the cool mountain air. Then you are back up to cast again."
